HOW DO I BUY YOUR WORK?

If you are interested in a piece of artwork, please get in touch via email. I will be really happy to answer any questions you might have and guide you through the buying process. We can also discuss postage and packaging before arranging payment via Bank Transfer.

CAN I SEE MORE PHOTOS/CLOSE UPS OF A PAINTING I AM INTERESTED IN?

Yes! It is really important that you are 100% happy with your purchase.  I am able to send additional photos direct to you if required and I also offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. 

 

TOP TIP:  To help you visualise what the image will look like in your home / office – why not try using an online app such as Wall App. This allows you to download a photo of your room and the image you are interested in – so you really can see how it might look on your walls!

DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?

Yes! If you are interested in commissioning a piece of artwork, please have a look at my Commissions page for further details on the process.

WILL MY ARTWORK BE FRAMED?

All artwork is priced and sold unframed. I am happy to recommend framers and provide advice if needed.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

At present I am able to ship within the UK. If you are interested in a particular artwork, please get in touch for postage and packaging costs.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All artwork is carefully and securely packaged using bubble wrap and as much recycled materials as possible. If needed, a hardboard backing sheet will be added.

 

I aim to ship artwork within 3-5 days. Artwork will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracking service or similar that offers a track & signature service. I try to ship artwork between Mondays & Thursdays. This prevents parcels being left over the weekend in depots where they could be damaged. It is possible to ship work on a Friday, but this may slightly increase the postage cost to ensure it is delivered the next day.

WHAT IS YOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?

Investing in a piece of artwork is a very personal decision and it needs to feel ‘right’.  If, on receipt of your artwork you change your mind - you are able to return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt. The artwork must be packaged adequately to protect it during transit and received without damage. The return is at your expense for a full refund.
