As the seasons change so the light and colours of nature call us to regroup and take stock. This group of original artworks created in my studio were made in response to walking across the Surrey fields and farmland as Autumn approached.

 

I enjoyed experimenting with layers of mixed media and paint, to create texture and movement as the subtle emergence of ochre, and pumpkin orange tones celebrated the arrival of harvest.
