Drawing inspiration from views and walks across stunning open fields and valleys, this body of work uses colour, light and texture to express not only what I saw but something of how it felt.

 

During this process I found I was expressing a more personal inner journey – a landscape of the soul – touching on themes of hope, joy, longing, loss, despair and acceptance.
